Monthly costs

We rescue ~5 pigeons per week, and we take care of several dozens.

We spend about €1,400 monthly on average. With the current level of donations we receive, we barely cover half of it.

· A visit to an exotic veterinarian is a minimum of €30 just for the consult, another €30 for each x-ray, and up to €100-200 for any kind of procedure or surgery. We spend €200-1,500 monthly, depending on how many pigeons with serious injuries we rescue that month. We treat ourselves the ones we are able to.

· We spend ~180 on pigeon feed and ~€70 on formula for pigeons that need to be hand feed.

· We spend another ~€300 on medicine and other materials (soakers, carriers, syringes, feeding tubes, feeders...).
