The lump initially looked harmless, and the veterinary's advice was to let it be and long as it not progressed. It didn't seem to progress for the first weeks, so we stopped checking, but it grew internally until a massive crust appeared on his chest. Even though he showed no signs of pain or discomfort, his trachea was almost destroyed. We took it to the vet for surgery, but he died on the table before they even began (29/01/25).
